If there is a place where it offers you and you can find good, delicious and great food in the United States, it is undoubtedly Austin Texas, which in recent years has become one of the cities with the best menus of meat, ribs, etc, along with my experiences.

1. Barbecue

Of the many dishes that represent Texas food, barbecue (meat cooked on the grill) always stands out. Although it is prepared differently depending on the city, with different sauces, condiments and preparations, it is a dish that makes Texans proud. Just two days ago I went to eat barbecue at "Salt Lick" that was really fascinating, I really loved the barbecue and the crispy chips from that places.

2. Steaks

Proving once again that everything is bigger in this state, the thick steaks are undoubtedly one of the best dishes in Texas. Regardless of whether you order T-bone or Rib Eye, the quality and flavor of the meat will surprise you. I remember a few months ago a Texan family invited us to eat at "Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse" and it was one of the best experiences to eat steaks.
